Kings InterAfrica has its own fleet of vehicles through associate companies: 

• Cross Lim Logistics in South Africa and 

• Kings InterAfrica Trucking in Zimbabwe 

But due to the volume of customers that we service and the high number of loads that we carry, it is necessary to use sub-contractors too. 

We are very fortunate to have a dedicated and reliable team of sub-contractors who believe in and maintain the Kings policy of giving the best possible service to both consignor and consignee.   

To ensure this dedication, and to maintain the level of service required, Kings InterAfrica have a number of unique services that we offer our sub-contractors. 

At Kings, we know how important cash flow is to a transporter so we help whenever necessary, this can include: 

• Diesel before departure 
• Diesel on route 
• Drivers toll fees 
• Drivers expenses on the road 
• Payment on the promised terms ie 30 days from POD or even seven days from POD
  

To ensure that border delays are kept to a minimum, Kings has streamlined the border process including pre-clearing documents. 

No vehicle is ever left stranded on the road with our extensive network of mechanical repair shops on all routes from Durban to the DRC.

Kings InterAfrica track every vehicle a minimum of twice a day, so the transporter always knows where his vehicle is. 

Every care is taken to ensure that the goods contracted reach the destination – the consignee – in the same condition that they left the warehouse. 

This includes: 

• Checking quantity of goods to be loads is correct 
• That goods are properly packaged 

With over 4,000 m2 of warehouse space, Kings InterAfrica can offer clients full warehousing facilities for any non-bonded cargo.

Services offered include:

• Stock take: A weekly stock take will be done and a report sent to you on all goods stored on your behalf
• Insurance: Your goods will be insured for fire and any other damage to the value of R750,000
• Hazardous Chemicals: Hazardous chemicals can be stored, but this must be by prior arrangement and excludes insurance cover.

As an additional service for goods that had been stored in our warehouse, we will handle the SA export documents required for cross border loads and will obtain loading authority from the importing agent prior to shipment to avoid any demurrage charges.

The success and reputation of the service offered in cross border logistics has created a demand from our South African customers to give the same service for local transport.
Kings offer long haul transport within South Africa on super links as well as short term loads in 10 and 15 ton vehicles.
Coupled with our warehouse facilities, this gives our customers even more options
